Mr. Carr has taught ADR as a visiting professor at the University of Oregon Law School, an adjunct professor at the Georgetown University Law Center, and a lecturer at Vermont Law School. He spent two years at Ropes & Gray, LLP in Boston, assisting large corporations with major transactions including debt financing, acquisitions, and fund formations. Before coming to HNMCP, Mr. Carr served as a research associate at the Harvard Business School where he wrote cases and articles for the MBA and executive education curriculums.
Mr. Carr is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the College of William and Mary. He served as a law clerk for the Honorable Patti B. Saris in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He supervises clinical projects and teaches the Spring Negotiation Workshop and the Fall Negotiation & Mediation Clinical Seminar.
