Biographical Statement

Timothy Dacey is a trial lawyer who now practices with the firm of Goulston & Storrs, P.C. in Boston. Since joining the bar in 1970, he has represented clients in federal and state courts and before arbitration panels in a wide variety of business, construction, energy, antitrust and probate matters. For the past twenty years, a substantial portion of his practice has been representing lawyers and law firms in malpractice actions, partnership disputes, and disciplinary matters. He also counsels lawyers and firms regarding ethical issues. He is a frequent lecturer on professional malpractice and legal ethics.
