Biographical Statement

Lauren Fletcher is a partner at WilmerHale in Boston. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. Ms. Fletcher has represented clients in patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret disputes before federal and state courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission. A significant portion of her practice is devoted to appeals in patent disputes before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In 2012, Ms. Fletcher was named by Law360 as one of five "Rising Stars" under the age of 40 in the practice of intellectual property.
