Practice Information

Mr. Flug was most recently Chief Counsel to Senator Edward M. Kennedy. Previously, he practiced "private public interest" law for 23 years in Washington, D.C., after 17 years of practice in all three branches of the federal government and as head of two non-profit advocacy groups.

Mr. Flug will teach Government Lawyering - Policy and Practice: Semester in Washington, D.C. in the Spring Term 2010.
