Biographical Statement

Michael Coenen's primary research interests are in constitutional law, criminal law, criminal procedure, and federal courts. He received his A.B. summa cum laude in music from Princeton University and his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was an Articles Editor for The Yale Law Journal. He recently completed a clerkship for the Honorable Guido Calabresi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
