Victoria B. Bjorklund is a Partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York City and Head of the Firm's Exempt Organizations Group. She counsels public charities, private foundations, boards, and donors. She has a significant international practice including U.S. charities operating abroad, U.S. operations of foreign charities, and "American Friends of" organizations making grants outside the U.S.
