Biographical Statement

William Magnuson's primary research interests are in the fields of international business, corporate law and negotiations. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University, his M.A. in European Integration from the Universita di Padova and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. After graduating from law school, he clerked for the Honorable Priscilla R. Owen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. William also practiced as a corporate associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
