This website uses the internet to make a body of ideas more widely available. I have tried to provide the reader with a broad, representative sample of my work. I have also suggested ways to approach the work that reveal connnections among its parts. My hope is that this powerful instrument of communication may help redress the deficiencies of the movement of books throughout the world.

My ideas are directed to a reshaping of present institutions as well as to a reorientation of our experience and a reinterpretation of our interests and ideals. This controlling transformative intention, animated by a vision of unrealized human opportunity, unifies writings otherwise very different in style and scope.

The website is divided into two main parts: writings in English and writings in Portuguese. The site provides facilities for discussion among those who consult it.

Esse site usa a internet para tornar mais amplamente disponível um corpo de idéias. Procurei pôr à disposição do leitor uma amostra ampla e representativa de meu trabalho. Também sugeri abordagens da obra que revelam ligações entre suas partes. Espero que esse instrumento poderoso de comunicação ajude a suprir deficiências do trânsito de livros mundo afora.

Minhas idéias visam a reconstrução das instituições contemporâneas. Querem, também, servir à reorientação da nossa experiência e à reinterpretação dos nossos interesses e dos nossos ideiais. Essa intenção transformadora, animada por uma visão de oportunidades humanas ainda não aproveitadas, unificam escritos que são muito diferentes em estilo e em abrangência.
