Minoru Nakazato

Minoru Nakazato - Mitsubishi Visiting Professor of Japanese Legal Studies for the Fall Term 2004. Co-taught the course Business Law and Taxation in Japan with Professor Mark Ramseyer. Nakazato is Professor of Law at the University of Tokyo, Graduate School of Law, where he teaches courses on subjects including tax law, international transactions, and law & economics.
