Gerald Neuman
Gerald Neuman - Bemis Visiting Professor of International Law for the Fall Term of the 2005-2006 academic year. Professor Neuman taught Immigration Law. Professor Neuman is the Herbert Wechsler Professor of Federal Jurisprudence at the Columbia Law School. His research interests include Habeas Corpus and the Rule of Law, Right of Foreign Nationals and Transnational Dimensions of Constitutionalism.
