Edward F. Greene

Edward F. Greene - Lecturer on Law for the Spring Term 2003. Taught the course International Securities Regulation (Module). Greene is a partner at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, resident in the London office. Prior to joining the firm, he was General Counsel for the Securities and Exchange Commission, and before that, he served as Director of the Division of Corporation Finance. Greene is an expert in international securities regulation and the author of a leading treatise on the subject.
