SUMMARY: Agreement between William de Sutton and Margery his wife, of the one part, and Peter de Taleworth and Anne his wife, of the other part, whereby after reciting that the manors of Wyvengo, Little Holonde, Stratford, and Welde with the woods and rents of Lamburn and Stapelford descended by inheritance after the death of Sir Richard Batayle, their father, to the said Margery and Anne, Peter and Anne grant that the manor of Wyvenho, with the homage and rents of Elmested, Stoneweye, and Grynestede, should remain to William de Sutton and Margery, and the same William and Margery grant that the manor of Little Holode should remain to Peter and Anne, while the manors of Stratford and Welde with the woods and rents of Lamburn and Stapelford shall remain undivided until before the feast of Natiuity of the Blessed Mary next to come, it being seen whether Wyvenho or Little Holonde be the more valuable, and then those manors shall be divided, with the rent of all four, between them.
