Canadian Case Law Locations

 Finding Canada's Provincial and Territorial Reports within the Harvard Law Library and on the Internet

The following table delineates which provincial case reporters and judgment collections are available through the Harvard Law Library, either in print, or through one of its commercial databases. It also provides links to websites where online versions of case opinions may be found.  (Keep in mind that these free online sources may not be considered "official" per the appropriate citation manuals.)  Judgments that may be unreported, or which may be recently released, and not yet found in the commercial databases may be found in the online sources also included in this table. 

At the Harvard Law School Library, print Canadian materials are housed in the Basement North section of Langdell Hall.  As coverage included within fee databases may change from time to time, it is always best to check the source coverage of a database file when conducting research.
