Below are suggested sources for finding the FDA Enforcement Report.
- FDA Enforcement Reports Index Page - In addition to the ability to browse or search the Enforcement Reports, the bottom of this page has good definitions of terms (such as recall and field corrections, injunction, etc.).
- FDA Recalls, Market Withdrawals and Safety Alerts - This site includes a list of the most significant product actions of the last 60 days. For all recalls, see the FDA Enforcement Reports.
- Westlaw's Federal Health Law – FDA Enforcement Report (FHTH-FDA) – This database includes the FDA Enforcement Report beginning with May 1984 and including the most recent weekly document.
- Food, Drug and Cosmetics Law Reporter [KF 3866.5 .C65 1975], and the electronic version (Non-commercial use only; Harvard ID and pin required.) After clicking on the link above, click on "CCH Health and Human Services Research Network," then on "Enter" and then click on the "Food and Drug" tab. - Once in the "Food and Drug" tab, select "Enforcement Reports" by either clicking on it (to browse by date) or checking the box (to search).
