"This panel will address the issues raised by outsourcing force. What does it mean for democracy? Is it effective? Efficient? How should we evaluate it?"
Panelists for the discussion are leading scholars on the subject of privatization: Professor Martha Minow, David Sklansky (Professor of Law, UCLA), and Sharon Dolovich (Acting Professor of Law, UCLA School of Law). For more information, please contact Kristin Flower (6-1768, kflower@law).
