- University of Virginia School of Law Professor Michael J. Klarman has accepted a tenured offer to join the Harvard Law School faculty this summer. An expert in constitutional law and history with a particular emphasis in race, he currently teaches criminal law, constitutional law, constitutional theory, and constitutional history.
