HLS alumni and faculty join ranks of new administration

Since his election as the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama '91 has been tapping Harvard Law School alumni and faculty members in putting together his administration.  More than 40 Harvard Law School alumni and five faculty members are now serving in top government positions from the Office of the Solicitor General to the Central Intelligence Agency. Alums are advising the president on matters ranging from climate change to regulating financial systems. Those named to top-level jobs in the incoming administration include:
