Richard Goldstone

Henry Shattuck Visiting Professor of Law for the Spring Term 2005 and Jeremiah Smith, Jr. Visiting Professor of Law for the Spring Term 2007. In 2005 he taught the course Comparative Constitutional Law and the seminar International Law and in 2007 he taught the courses Comparative Constitutional Law and International Criminal Law. Goldstone is Chancellor of the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. The former Chairperson of the Commission of Inquiry regarding Public Violence and Intimidation, Goldstone served from 1994 to October 2003 as a Justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa.
