The sixth annual China-U.S. Symposium was held at Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts amid signs that the U.S. and Chinese economies were bottoming out from the worst global economic crisis in generations. Sessions addressed the impact of the credit crisis on the U.S. and China and their responses, reform in the international financial system in light of the credit crisis, and opportunities for innovative post-crisis economic cooperation between the U.S. and China.
