September 22, 2014: ILSP Open House. ILSP will host an open house and introduction to the program, providing an opportunity to meet our staff and new visiting fellows, and to learn about our travel grants, support of student groups, and more. The event will be held 4:00–6:00 p.m. at Program offices, 102 Austin Hall. Remarks at 4:30.
October 23, 2014: ILSP will host a discussion with Deborah Amos (NPR International Correspondent) and Prof. Noah Feldman (HLS) on the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS). The discussion will be moderated by ILSP Co-Director, Prof. Kristen Stilt. Time: 3:15–4:14. Location: Austin Hall 111, on the Harvard Law School campus. Open to the public. Co-sponsored by the Alwaleed Islamic Studies Program.
November 6, 2014: Brown bag lunch talk by Professor Bryan Turner (Australian Catholic University). Lecture will take place in WCC 3007, on the Harvard Law School campus. Time: 1-2:30 p.m. Open to the public.
