Xiaoying Li

Wertheim Fellow

Xiaoying LiMs Xiaoying Li is a visiting fellow in the Labor&Worklife Program at Harvard Law School. She is currently associate professor of Economics at Sun Yat-sen University of China, and also member of the Chinese Women Economist Association. Her research interest mainly lies in labor economics, and especially about labor relations, unions, labor institutional changes and the related effects on workers’ performance and firms’ behavior.
