Dong Qiao is a Research fellow in the Labor and Worklife Program at Harvard Law School after transferring from Visiting Scholar of Duke
University in 2012. His current researches include two subjects:
1. Comparison Study about Migrant Labor between the United States and China from Worker Culture. 2. Guanxi phenomenon Study about Chinese Business outside China.
He was previously an Associate Professor in Trade Union School at China Institute of Industrial Relations. After receiving his PhD degree from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, he was again a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Management at Tsinghua University. His researches focus on Workers Culture, China Trade Union Reform, Business Ethics, Corporate Culture, and Management Philosophy about Chinese Business.
