Qing Zhao

Qing Zhao is a Wertheim Fellow at the Labor & Worklife Program at Harvard Law School, and was a Visiting Scholar at Department of Economics, Harvard University and the NBER. His research interests include China’s Labor Policy, Human Capital Theory and Human Resources Management. Currently he focuses on Non-cognitive Human Capital Theory and tries to explore how the Non-cognitive Human Capital affects Organizations and Workers.
