Abigail Moncrieff

After completing her fellowship in 2009, Abby joined the faculty at Boston University School of Law where she now teaches the first-year Legislation course as well as a seminar on Health Care Law and the Constitution. In her research, she tackles structural governmental barriers to efficient healthcare delivery in the United States. While at the Petrie-Flom Center, Abby wrote an article arguing for federalization of medical malpractice policy.
