Benjamin Roin

A member of the inaugural cohort of Petrie-Flom Academic Fellows, Ben was appointed to the Harvard Law School faculty in 2008 and is the current Faculty co-Director of the Center. During his tenure as a Petrie-Flom fellow, he worked on issues involving pharmaceutical innovation, FDA regulations and the patent system. His recent scholarship continues to examine patent law and incentives for innovation.
