Matthew Banks is the Global Head of Legal Knowledge, Innovation & Best Practice at Integreon, one of the world’s leading legal outsourcing providers. After reading law at Oxford, Matthew followed the inevitable path into a big law firm where he practiced for 10 years. Then in 2004 he decided to try something different—to build a new kind of legal services model. So he got on a plane to Mumbai, India and set up a legal outsourcing operation which has grown to more than 600 lawyers in the US, UK, India and Philippines serving some of the world’s major corporations and law firms. Matthew is now based in New York.
Integreon offers legal process outsourcing (LPO) services placing their staff onshore at clients' U.S. and U.K. delivery centers, or offshore at their lower-cost delivery centers in India and the Philippines. Clients include nine of the top 10 global law firms and 32 of the top 50 Am Law firms. Integreon's teams of lawyers, paralegals, researchers, data specialists, and other support associates have been educated at law schools and universities around the world.
