Fengming Liu is Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Microsoft Greater China Region. In this position he is responsible for all legal and government affairs matters for Microsoft in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. He has law degrees from Peking University, Hamline University and the University of Washington. He has served as an adjunct professor of law at Peking University and adjunct lecturer at the University of Washington. During the 2010-11 academic year, Fengming will divide his time between Princeton’s CITP and Harvard’s Program on the Legal Profession and HLS’s Berkman Center, working on projects related to the position of U.S. companies doing business in China, and intellectual property issues in China.
