Jobs: Research Assistants
Lecturer and Berkman Center Cyberlaw Clinic director Phil Malone seeks two research assistants for projects relating to antitrust, technology and Microsoft. The primary focus of this research will be 1) the history, interrelationship and legacies of the U.S. and E.C. antitrust cases against Microsoft; 2) the risk of false positives and error costs in assessing antitrust liability in the context of technology industries and intellectual property, and 3) development of course materials for Mr. Malone's spring 2008 Antitrust, Technology and Innovation seminar. Hours are flexible and will vary. To apply, please send a resume, informal law school transcript, and brief cover letter indicating your area(s) of interest, relevant background, and amount of time available to Neal O'Connor at noconnor@law.harvard.edu, or drop off hard copies at the Berkman Center, 23 Everett St., second floor.
