Byse Workshop: "Law and Development: Probing the Coherence of Development Thinking and the Role of Law from a Historical Perspective"

This series of Byse workshops on Law and Development explore the relationship of law to development. Assessing the critical moments in the Law and Development discipline we would discuss what theories we need for development? What is the role of law, and how it is situated to political economy? Can we have a formula that can be universally and systematically applied to generate growth and development?
