General Interest: Thinking about drinking in a healthier way?

New Directions is a group for both undergrad and graduate students who think that their drinking or drug use are out of control and want to develop skills to manage more effectively. The group started Thursday, Nov. 1 and will be held from 5:00-6:30 PM, in the Conference Room on the 4th floor of Holyoke. It will be run by Rod Sloat and Sara Kimmel of UHS.
