Clinical: Goodwin Procter seeks pro bono student for international nonprofit project
Goodwin Procter is representing a nonprofit that works internationally and is looking for a law student to assist them. The student must have BOTH experience or personal background in Kenya, Tanzania or Uganda AND an in one or more of the following: private equity/venture capital transactions, banking and finance, securities/capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate transactions, tax and international development. Students interested in this pro bono project should send an email to lbranson@law.harvard.edu explaining their interest and attach a resume. Time commitment depends on student interest, but a student is needed ASAP through December. Students can earn pro bono credit the work is unpaid.
