Clinical: Pro Bono Project

A pro bono research project is available on case involving two special needs students who were sexually assaulted by other students in the school. There is a law suit against the students' school for negligence, with the issue being whether or not there was enough notice by the two students to the school to make the school liable. The project would involve research on Title IX, Title VI and Section 1983.
