Commencement 2008 Guest Housing Application

We are pleased to announce that we will again be offering a limited number of rooms in North Hall for guests of graduating HLS students from Tuesday, June 3, 2008 through Friday, June 6, 2008. The cost for the three-night package is $450 per room. Reservations must be made for all three nights and cannot be extended earlier or later. All rooms must be vacated by 12pm on Friday, June 6, 2008.

Rooms in North Hall can accommodate a single adult or an adult couple willing to share one full size bed. Cots are not available. Rooms include a private bathroom, beds with linens, pillow, blanket and bedspread, and one set of towels for each guest. There will be a telephone with local phone service in each room as well as TV with basic cable. Please note that parking is not provided and that there will be no maid service, room service or concierge. The graduating student is responsible for picking up the keys and coordinating with guests.

Wait List
If no rooms are available to fill a request, the graduating student will be waitlisted and notified via email. In the event of cancellations, the waitlisted student will be offered the room via email and will have two days to accept or reject the room. Please e-mail hlsdorms@law if you are waitlisted and are no longer interested so that we can remove you from the list.

Cancellations
All cancellations of rooms must be made by sending an email to hlsdorms@law by May 9, 2008, in order to receive a refund. Please indicate in the body of the e-mail which room(s) is/are being cancelled. You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation via email. Refund checks will be mailed to the permanent address supplied on the application below.

Picking up Keys and Arrival
Keys will be distributed to the graduating student starting at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 2008, at the Holmes Mail Center. Guest rooms will be ready for occupancy by 12:00pm. If the student is unable to pick up keys or you anticipate needing to pick the keys up after 5:00pm, please e-mail hlsdorms@law in advance of your arrival to make other arrangements.
