Going to Falmouth/Woods Hole, Cape Cod—which is just a 30 minute ferry ride away from Martha’s Vineyard!
Buses leave at 8 am sharp from the parking lot by Pound Hall, and will be returning to campus by 8:00 pm (leaving Falmouth at 6:00 pm).
Visit the famed Cape Cod Bagel Company in Falmouth for brunch, walk around quaint Main St. or Falmouth Harbor, rent a bike and take the short scenic route along the shore to Woods Hole, take a Ferry from either Woods Hole or Falmouth Harbor to Oak Bluffs, Martha’s Vineyard (home of gingerbread cottages and an antique carousel), travel by bike or taxi over to Vineyard Haven to explore the shops/town, and finally return to Falmouth and grab a drink at the Flying Bridge Restaurant with a view of the harbor!
With endless possibilities provided by Falmouth’s close location to Martha’s Vineyard by ferry, this trip has something for everyone (including those of you with children!).
