HALS offers a rich spread of social activities from outdoors adventures to movies to bar-hopping. Last year, we kayaked on the Charles River, visited Walden Pond, attended a Taiwanese Acrobatics show full of twisty people who looked like they were missing bones, went to a Celtics-Rockets game to see Yao Ming, ate a swanky, French multi-course meal downtown for our end-of-year banquet, and more. This year, we'll do similarly exciting things. In the near future: bowling, Happy Hour in the Square, and a fall foliage picnic.
