“How I’m Living” - South Africa
This video file features Chaz Arnett showing how he lived in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa during the summer of 2004. This was the summer after Chaz's first year of law school. He received a Human Rights Fellowship to work at "Lawyers for Human Rights" on the Children's Rights Project. Two other BLSA members, Brandon Hogan and Jenee Desmond Harris, worked in South Africa during the summer of 2004 as well. |

Every once in a while, after classes, exams, and extracurricular work, we like to have fun! This video clip was recorded by Laurel Brown, Harvard Law School Class of 2005. This video was taken at the Kwanzaa Celebration at Harvard Law School in December, 2004. The Kwanzaa Celebration was organized by a collaboration of Black Graduate Students at Harvard School of Education, Harvard Law School, Harvard Business School, Harvard Medical School and School of Public Health, and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. |
