Geoffrey McGovern, of Williamsville, New York, graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from Wittenberg University in 2002.  He has worked in public policy as a summer associate at the Federalist Society's office in Washington, D.C., a Congressional Intern to current NRCC Chairman Tom Reynolds (NY-27), and as a Charles G. Koch Fellow at the Institute for Humane Studies of George Mason University.  Geoff is an Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy.
