Whitman L. Holt graduated from Bates College magna cum laude in 2002.  While at Bates, he was an honors major in Political Science and Philosophy and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.  He was an active member of the Bates debate team, and greatly enjoyed the opportunity to travel to places around the US and the globe to debate interesting and intelligent people from other colleges.

At Harvard Law School, he is a member of the Federalist Society and of the Law and Philosophy Society as well as an editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy.  After law school, Whitman would like to obtain a clerkship and then join a large law firm--although he also has a strong interest in academia and will pursue that route should the opportunity arise.  Although he is originally from Montana, Whitman is certain that he wants to live in Southern California--either in LA or San Diego.

Beth Stewart is a first-year law student and a graduate of Harvard College, class of 2000.
