Amber Taylor graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College with a BA in Economics. While in Claremont, she worked at the Rose Institute of State & Local Government, where she studied local government finance and served as Student Manager in 2002. Amber has interned at the CATO Institute and Competitive Enterprise Institute in Washington, D.C. She is also an editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy.
