The Harvard Federalist Society's chief goal is to foster balanced and open debate about the fundamental principles of
individual freedom and limited government, and about the idea that courts should say what the law is rather than what they wish it to be. For this reason, we offer this website as a forum for members of our community to engage in this debate. The Harvard Federalist Society does not promote particular policies, appointments, or candidates. Our members hold diverse and often conflicting views on a broad range of issues. The views expressed on this website are those of their respective authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of Harvard Law School, the Harvard Federalist Society, or the national Federalist Society. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact HLS Federalist Society President Kevin Plummer or Ex Parte Majordomo Eric Soskin. |
