Harvard European Law Working Paper Forum 2007-2008

The Harvard European Law Association and the European Law Research Center invite Students, Graduate Students, and Visiting Researchers at Harvard Law School to submit their work in progress touching upon issues of European Law, European integration and politics to the 2007-2008 HELA Working Paper Forum.

The Harvard European Law Association will organize two or three Working Papers Series Graduate Seminars this year dedicated to the presentations of selected papers. These seminars will provide a forum for Authors to receive comments from invited discussants and through a general debate with the audience.

Selected papers presented at these events will be offered the opportunity to be published on the Harvard European Law Association Website. It is our ambition that this will open up Harvard work on European Law issues to the insight and feedback of other academic communities.

When a paper is published on the webpage, the Author remains responsible for any content, mistake, or errors of such paper. The Harvard European Law Working Paper Forum will not provide any editing or feedback, but is solely a forum for Harvard Law School Students and Affiliates to post their papers after presenting them at one of our events. If the Author later publishes her/his paper, the paper will be removed from the webpage upon the request and notification to the Harvard European Law Association.

If you are interested in submitting a paper, please contact Francesca Strumia (fstrumia@law.harvard.edu). Papers will be selected on a rolling basis throughout the semester.
