Harvard Mediation Program

Welcome to the Class of 2010!

The Harvard Mediation Program is a student pratice organization and clinical program of the Harvard Law School, devoted to the training of HLS students and local community members and the provision of mediation services to the community.

Please note: Individuals from outside the local area (and therefore unable to apply for HMP's training) may want to consult the Program on Negotiation's website, www.pon.harvard.edu, for educational opportunities in alternative dispute resolution.

Founded in 1981 by Harvard Law School students, the Harvard Mediation Program has grown significantly, now encompassing small claims, landlord-tenant, parent-child, and advanced civil mediation practices.
