The Harvard Human Rights Journal will begin publishing two issues annually beginning with Volume 21. The views expressed in the Journal are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the editorial board.

Subscriptions: Subscription rates for the 2008 volume (Volume 21) are $30.00 domestic; $36.00 foreign surface mail ($38.00 to Canada); $48.00 foreign airmail. E-mail: sprosper@law.harvard.edu. Unless otherwise requested by the subscriber, the Journal is mailed at bulk rate.
