Submissions

The editors invite the submission of unsolicited manuscripts and consider them on a rolling basis. Manuscripts should be typed and double-spaced and be accompanied by a computer diskette containing the submission. The Review also accepts submissions by e-mail, but a hard copy should follow as soon as possible. Footnotes should comply with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005). All manuscripts submitted become the property of the Review. The Review attempts to notify authors of acceptance or rejection as quickly as possible.

Authors will be notified promptly of a decision concerning their submission.

IMPORTANT NOTE: During the summer months of June, July, and August, only manuscripts submitted through email will be considered for review. Hard copy submissions received during the summer will be reviewed promptly in September.
