As we strive to continue offering new and innovative services, Student Financial Services has recently implemented Live Chat. This provides another way for students, parents, and graduates to contact us. By clicking the "Chat with a live representative" button, you will be connected immediately to a staff member.

Live Chat works like other messaging services. Once you click the "Chat with a live representative" button and answer a few identifying questions, a dialogue window will open where you can type your question. A staff member will answer immediately or follow up with you later if more time is needed to research your question.

As this is a new service, Live Chat users should become familar with what topics are appropriate for the chat environment. General questions regarding financial aid are suitable for Live Chat, while more detailed situational questions should be addressed by phone, appointment, or email. While our Live Chat service is secure and encrypted, we do not recommend exchanging sensitive financial or personal information through any messaging service.
