Charles R. Nesson
Weld Professor of Law
Professor Nesson charted the early field of cyber law in 1997 when he founded the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard Law School, which has since evolved to become the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University. His current cyber interest focuses on the utility of a closed shared de-identified text-only discourse environment to enhance open discourse with and among his students.
