How to submit comment on the Petition by the Committee on Disclosure of Political Spending
To submit a comment, one should write a letter addressed to:
Elizabeth Murphy, Secretary
Securities and Exchange Commission
100 F Street Northeast, Washington, D.C. 20549.
The letter should include a "Re:" line that says:
"Re: File No. 4-637, Petition to Require Public Companies to Disclose to Shareholders the Use of Corporate Resources for Political Activities."
The letter should be submitted by email to Elizabeth Murphy at the following address: rule-comments@sec.gov.
