I will post at this site from time to time (I'll try to do it on the day in which the lecture is given or before) the lecture outlines that I pass out in class. The form that I use for the outlines enhances their readability on the screen at the expense of their printability. At the end of each outline there is a link which you will probably find better for downloading and printing.  When you download the file in Word, it will ask you if want to connect with a database. Answer the question in the negative, and you will get what I handed out in class.
